The Swedish men’s team made headlines with a 31-0 victory against Hungary, showcasing their dominance and skill. The packed audience, notably energized by local schoolchildren, cheered passionately, adding to the festive spirit.

In the women’s competition, Team USA secured a 4-1 victory over Finland, marking a strong start to their championship journey. Sweden’s women also celebrated success, winning their premiere match against Norway with 13-1, further fueling excitement for their upcoming matches.

“Fan’s Favourite Award”
Fans attending the championships have the exciting opportunity to participate in the “Fan’s Favourite Award” competition, where supporters vote for their favorite players from both the men’s and women’s tournaments.

Fan zone
Wednesday promises even more excitement, with Sweden’s women’s team facing the USA at noon. Fans are encouraged to visit the Fan Zone, where pre-game and halftime activities include face painting in Swedish national colors, getting exclusive Bandis tattoos, and capturing fun memories with friends in an Instagram photo frame.
